- The mug is put into the production queue 24 hours after the order is submitted.
- Please allow approx. 5-7 business days for the mug to be printed and prepped for shipping and another 5-7 business days for it to ship to you.

Returns & Exchanges
- All orders are final. Refer to our Refund Policy for exceptions.
- You may cancel your order up to 12 hours after the order has been submitted. After that timeframe the mug is printed and prepped for shipping just for you! Due to this process, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- If your product is damaged upon arrival, please email pictures of the damaged mug to: erin@fionamayedesigns.com.
- Please double check your shipping address. The address you supply at checkout is the address the mug will be sent to.
