COMMECIAL USE DIGITAL LICENSE (03.06.2023)

By downloading digital products from Fiona Maye Designs LLC, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions in the sections below.

ALLOWED

• You may use Fiona Maye Designs LLC digital designs to make and sell physical products for personal, small business or commercial use with no unit limitations.
• Fiona Maye Designs LLC digital designs may be used on a physical product provided the original design has not been modified. Personalization such as adding a name for the purpose of resale is allowed.
• Digital designs by Fiona Maye Designs LLC may be digitized and resold as embroidery files under the following parameters:
• You must own and use the equipment and software needed to digitize the embroidery designs. Outsourcing digitizing to a third party is not allowed.
• Designs may NOT be sold or distributed in any format that is not specifically for embroidery, including but not limited to SVG, GSD, DXF, AI, EPS, CDR, JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP, TIFF, PSD, EMF.
• PNG files included with purchase from Fiona Maye Designs LLC cannot be used as a preview image and may not be included with your product.
• Digitizing only applies to digitized embroidery files. Designs cannot be distributed in any other format.
• Digital designs may be printed and sold as screen print transfers or sublimation transfers (or similar item) using a single design product to a customer that will need to apply a physical end-use product themselves with no unit limitations.

NOT ALLOWED (for sale or otherwise)

• Digital designs may not be used, in whole or in part, to resell as a digital design or to create new digital designs for purchase or distribution.
• Digital designs may not be uploaded to any 3rd party print on demand service such as Printify, Teelaunch, Printful, KDP, Amazon Merch, etc.
• Digital designs may not be sold or shared with friends/family or online.
• Digital designs cannot be used to create printable templates or blank designs for others to personalize or customize.

UNAUTHORIZED USE

All materials from Fiona Maye Designs LLC and contained in downloaded files, images, and text, are protected by copyright laws. You may not use the content except as specified above without written permission from Fiona Maye Designs LLC.

LICENSE VERIFICATION

Fiona Maye Designs LLC has the right to confirm the purchase of a license by customers at any time.
