DIGITAL FILE LICENSE AGREEMENT

By purchasing and downloading digital files from Fiona Maye Designs LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


Allowable Use

✔️ Personal & Commercial Use – You may use our designs to create and sell up to 500 physical end products per design. If you exceed 500 units, you must purchase the design again.
✔️ Resale of Completed Physical Products – You may use our designs to create and sell finished physical products, including but not limited to apparel, home decor, accessories, and signage.
✔️ Screen Print & Sublimation Transfers – You may print and sell screen print transfers and sublimation transfers for your customers to apply to physical products.
✔️ Customization – Adding names, colors, or minor design modifications is allowed only for physical end products.


Not Allowed (Prohibited Uses)

No Resale or Redistribution – You may not resell, share, or distribute the digital files in any format (even if modified).
No POD Services – Files may not be uploaded to Print-on-Demand (POD) platforms (e.g., Printify, Printful, Teelaunch, KDP, Amazon Merch).
No AI Training or Machine Learning Use – Designs may not be used in AI datasets, generative models, or automated content systems.
No Selling Blank Templates – Files cannot be used to create digital templates, printable blanks, or customizable files for third-party resale.
No Embroidery Conversion – You cannot digitize and resell designs as embroidery files.

 

Copyright & Trademark Disclaimer

We conduct due diligence to ensure that our designs do not infringe on copyrights or trademarks. However, it is the buyer’s responsibility to verify that the final products they create and sell comply with intellectual property laws.

Fiona Maye Designs LLC is not liable for any legal disputes, claims, or copyright/trademark infringement findings resulting from a buyer’s use of our designs. If a copyright or trademark issue arises, the buyer assumes full responsibility for any consequences, including takedown notices, legal fees, or financial penalties.


License Enforcement & Violations

  • If you exceed 500 physical products, you must repurchase the design.
  • Unauthorized use may result in license revocation, legal action, and DMCA takedown requests.
