Allowed Uses

You may use our digital designs for:

• Personal projects
• Commercial projects
• Physical products you sell
• Print‑on‑demand products
• Transfers (screen print, DTF, sublimation)
• Modifying, recoloring, or customizing the artwork
• Unlimited units and unlimited sales

You may use the artwork to create any physical end product, without quantity limits.

Prohibited Uses

There is only one restriction:

❌ You may NOT resell, share, or distribute the digital files themselves, in any form, original or modified.

This includes:

• Selling the digital design as your own
• Giving away the files
• Uploading the files as digital downloads
• Including the files in bundles, kits, or templates
• Redistributing the artwork in any digital format

Copyright Notice

All artwork remains the intellectual property of Fiona Maye Designs LLC. Your purchase grants you a non‑exclusive license to use the artwork in physical products. You do not own the copyright to the digital files.

Trademark Reminder

We do our best to avoid trademarked content, but it is your responsibility to ensure your final products comply with trademark and copyright laws.

License Enforcement

Unauthorized digital redistribution may result in license revocation, DMCA takedown requests, and legal action.

By registering for a Fiona Maye Designs LLC Craft Workshop, you agree to the following:

Registration & Payment

• Workshop spots are reserved upon full payment.
• Payments are non‑refundable unless we cancel the event.
• You may transfer your registration to another person with 48‑hour notice.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We may cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances.
• If we cancel, you may choose a full refund or rescheduling.

Participant Responsibilities

• Attendees must follow safety guidelines and assume all risks associated with tools and materials.
• Fiona Maye Designs LLC is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses.

Intellectual Property

• Workshop materials may not be copied, distributed, or used to teach other workshops.
• You may sell physical items made in class but may not replicate designs for mass production or resale.

Photography & Video

• We may photograph workshops for promotional use.
• If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, notify us in writing before the event.

Liability Waiver

By attending, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with crafting tools and materials.

By submitting photos or content to Fiona Maye Designs LLC, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty‑free license to use them for marketing and promotional purposes.

By submitting, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the content
• Your submission is voluntary and unpaid
• We may edit or modify the content
• You cannot revoke permission
• If minors appear, you are the parent or legal guardian granting permission

We reserve the right to refuse any order and limit purchases at our discretion. You agree to provide accurate and complete account information.

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. We use secure payment processors and do not store full credit card details.

You may not use our site or content for:

The Listing Studio is an AI-powered tool provided by Fiona Maye Designs LLC to assist designers in generating product listing copy. By using the Listing Studio, you agree to the following:

• Accuracy. AI-generated content is a starting point, not a finished product. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated titles, descriptions, tags and alt text before publishing them to any platform.

• Your content. You retain full ownership for any designs, images, or information you provide to the tool. We make no claim to your intellectual property.

• Image handling. Images uploaded to the Listing Studio are not stored, retained, or used for AI training. See our AI usage & Transparency page for full details.

• No guarantees. We do not guarantee that AI-generated listing copy will improve sales, rankings, or search visibility. Results will vary.

• Acceptable use. The Listing Studio is intended for use by individual designers generating listing copy for their own products. You may not use the tool to generate copy for resale, scraping or automated bulk processing.

• Beta access. During the beta period, access is granted at our discretion and may be revoked at any time. Beta features may change, be removed, or have limited availability without notice.
