Fiona Maye Designs LLC - Digital File License Agreement

By purchasing and downloading digital files from Fiona Maye Designs LLC, you agree to the following terms.
✔️ What You Can Do
You're free to use these designs for:
- Personal projects
- Commercial projects
- Physical products you sell
- Print-on-demand products
- Transfers (screen print, DTF, sublimation)
- Modifying, customizing, recoloring or remixing the artwork
- Pretty much anything that results in a physical end product.
There are no limits and no restrictions on how many items you can sell.
❌ What You Cannot Do
There is only one restriction:
DO NOT SELL, SHARE, OR DISTRIBUTE THE DIGITAL FILES THEMSELVES IN ANY FORMAT, ORIGINAL OR MODIFIED.
This includes:
- Selling the digital design as your own
- Giving away the digital files
- Uploading the files to any platform as digital downloads
- Including the files in bundles, kits or digital templates
Use the designs to make things, just don't sell or share the files.

All artwork remains the intellectual property of Fiona Maye Designs LLC. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive license to use the artwork in physical products.
You do not own the copyright to the digital files.
